Our service agreements provide contracted support
services between 9am and 5.30pm other than at weekends or
UK Bank Holidays. In addition to this contractual service
level, we aim to have the service available from 8am to 6.30pm.

- Brief outline of the problem/query
- The impact of the problem/query upon your company
The SharpOWL Support Helpdesk is staffed by
analysts who provide application and technological support
throughout business hours. The Helpdesk uses the latest troubleshooting
and diagnostic tools to share information onscreen during
virtual meetings and help avoid problems. |
